SALUTE&SICUREZZA
Durante l’anno il Safety Team è stato impegnato nella gestione dell’emergenza Pandemica Internazionale. Questa ha portato allo sviluppo di nuovi protocolli e procedure per la gestione e contenimento del rischio biologico.
Nel 2020 il Gruppo Laviosa ha aumentato la quota destinata all’implementazione di progetti inerenti al miglioramento della sicurezza e degli ambienti di lavoro oltre che alla tutela dell’am- biente, portandola al 14,2% del totale degli investimenti.
Nel 2020 passato abbiamo avuto un aumento degli indici degli infortuni e dei giorni di lavoro persi, questi sono in parte dovuti all’emergenza COVID 19 che ha allungato i tempi di chiusura degli infortuni.
Come per gli anni passati, gran parte degli infortuni sono ricon- ducibili a scivolamenti e cadute, questo a causa della particola- rità dei prodotti da noi trattati. Le segnalazioni e analisi dei Near Miss, sia ambientali che di sicurezza, ci hanno permesso di mettere in atto interventi strutturali e operativi che ci porte- ranno ad una riduzione dei rischi residui relativi alle attività produttive.
Nonostante le restrizioni dovute all’Emergenza COVID 19, il pia- no di formazione per la sicurezza è stato portato a compimento e sviluppato il nuovo programma dei corsi per l’anno 2021.
Durante l’anno il nostro sistema di gestione integrato ha subito vari AUDIT, da parte di verificatori interni ed esterni, tutti quan- ti superati senza ricevere Non Conformità.

During the year the Safety Team was engaged in the management of the International Pandemic emergency. This has led to the development of new protocols and procedures for biological risk management and containment.
In 2020, the Laviosa Group increased the share allocated to the implementation of projects related to the improvement of safety and working environments as well as the protection of the environment, bringing it to 14.2% of total investment.
In 2020 we have had an increase in the index of accidents and working days lost, these are partly due to the emergency COVID 19 that has extended the closing times of accidents.
As in previous years, most accidents can be attributed to slipping and falling, because of the particularity of the products we treat. The reports and analysis of the Near Miss, both environmental and safety, have allowed us to implement structural and operational interventions that will lead us to a reduction of residual risks related to production activities.
Despite the restrictions due to the emergency COVID 19, the training plan for safety was completed and developed the new program of courses for the year 2021.
During the year our integrated management system has undergone several AUDITS, by internal and external verifiers, all of them passed without receiving Non-conformity.
