(\u201cLaviosa\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a leading company in the extraction and processing of bentonites into high value-added solutions for key sectors such as high-performance industrial materials, animal welfare, logistics and consumer goods, announces the appointment of Luca Shel Bertazza as the new Managing Director of the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With over 25 years of experience in general management and operational management of complex industrial entities in international contexts, Luca Shel Bertazza will contribute to thedevelopment of Laviosa thanks to a managerial vision focused on results, process innovation and sustainable growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In his new role, Bertazza will report directly to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for supervising and developing the Group’s activities, with the aim of strengthening its international integration, operational efficiency and competitive positioning in global markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to joining Laviosa, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Salvatori S.r.l., contributing to the company’s organisational and digital transformation. He also gained many years of experience in leading manufacturing companies, including Marzotto Group (Lithuania), Beaulieu International Group (Romania), and MITO Tekstil (Turkey), with responsibility for supply chain, production, and management of multinational teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A graduate in Textile Engineering with a solid background in Business Management and Finance, Luca Shel Bertazza has developed an international career characterised by a pragmatic approach to operational and strategic management. He is fluent in Italian, English, French and Turkish, and has gained significant experience in team leadership and continuous process improvement, with a particular focus on the adoption of advanced technologies to optimise business performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
