Corporate Administrative Liability Law 231

Laviosa Chimica Mineraria has decided to adopt an organization and management model aimed at preventing the commission of offences envisaged by Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. Implementation of the Model is part of the company’s global vision, which concerns all aspects of economic ethics, based on the conviction that it is morally necessary and economically productive to ensure optimal conditions of correctness and transparency in management of the company’s business. The company’s policy is very attentive to its image and the expectations of stakeholders (employees, the local community, institutions and customers). This initiative stands alongside others such as SA 8000 certification, voluntary balance sheet audit and particular attention to workplace safety and respect for the environment. For the purpose of setting out the code of conduct that the company recognizes as its own, and which all employees, managers and directors, or all those who come into contact with the company are called on to comply with, the company adopts the attached Code of Ethics.
